As Office Manager and Dental Assistant, Carol is the senior
member of the team,
whose service spans two decades! Beginning as a Chairside
Assistant, Carol has excelled in every duty, task, and responsibility assigned to her.
Her undaunting loyalty, dedication, and conscientiousness has provided her with the skills and
experience to sit at the managerial
helm.
Ms. Palko’s dental care experience arises from employment
in several prominent
practices of general dentistry, where she fulfilled clinical,
clerical, and managerial
duties. Attending hundreds of hours in continuing dental
education, many with Dr.
Shandrick, Carol has acquired a wealth of wisdom in such
areas including: initial
periodontal therapy, advanced cosmetic dentistry, practice
management, digital photography
and imaging, and soft tissue laser.
Carol Palko has attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced
Dental Studies (LVI),
receiving certification in programs such as “Advanced
Anterior Aesthetics (team)”, “Advanced
Posterior Aesthetics (team)”, and “Neuromuscular
Occlusion (team).” Most recently, Carol studied the science of laser therapy
at LVI in order to achieve her proficiency certification
in LASER UTILIZATION.
From within this brilliant, educated, and skilled dental
professional radiates all the warmth, compassion, and sense
of humor that round out Carol’s value as our team member.
Carol can assist you with just about any and every question
or concern that may arise. She also monitors the activities
of the entire team to ensure that our dental guests receive
the best dental experience possible at the Shandrick Dental
Care Studios.
As the veteran team member, Carol coordinates our in-chair
ZOOM 2 ‘tooth power-whitening’ program. Ms.
Palko further provides chairside assistance during the “advanced
cosmetic/aesthetic” dental treatments, neuromuscular
evaluations, and “full mouth rejuvenations.”
We are so fortunate to have Carol Palko as head of our dental
