Nadine is the newest member to join the Shandrick Dental
Care Studios team. We were rewarded with the acquisition
of her skills and experience, after an exhaustive process to
find just the ideal individual who could fill the shoes of
treatment coordinator and Office Concierge.
Nadine has the responsibility of our guest special services;
to arrange guest treatment visits; to answer any questions,
or solve any problems our guests may have; to assure your
dental visit is a comfortable, pleasant, seamless chain of events,
from start to finish. If for some reason Nadine cannot answer
your question, or solve your problem, she will leave no stone
unturned in finding the answer, or getting you the assistance
you need and deserve. Our Concierge will personally greet you when you arrive, and guide you through your dental visit. A whiz on the computer, Nadine
is unparallel in scheduling guest treatments, maximizing every
penny of your dental insurance benefits, and making sure you
are comfortable, and that your valuable time is honored.
Ms. Nubilus' interpersonal skills were refined early in her employment career,
within the advertisement and journalism sectors. There she provided
exceptional services, and developed working relationships, earning
her promotions and advancements. For over a decade, Nadine held positions
at the city's major newspaper. responsible for roles in public relations and advertising.
With these levels of excellence in customer/client service, she then
advanced her career with similar roles in advertising and public relations,
now with a regional advertisement/journal magazine...
Since joining the Shandrick Dental Care team, Ms. Nubilus has attended and has received
Certification from the prestigious Levin Group Dental Management firm, based in Baltimore, Maryland and Phoenix, Arizona. This training has refined her skills further,
in providing the best possible patient care and guest services. Having an appetite for knowledge in the dental field that is never quite satisfied, Nadine recently attended
"Eaglesoft University" training, provided through Patterson Dental.Co. This
education has helped her excel with the office software controlling the patient scheduling, imaging, and records, all within the studio's 8 computer workstation network.
As our office Concierge, Nadine, will provide you, either in person, on in telephone
conversation, with the enthusasium, care, and courtesy you deserve, as our guest at Shandrick Dental Care Studios!
