Payment Options for Our Patients

To help keep costs down for you, our goal is to eliminate sending you a bill for treatment. By doing this, we can avoid charging our patients for the overhead it takes to process bills and statements. Instead, we ask that you pay us for your treatment by choosing any one of our convenient payment options. We are proud to be able to help you save money whenever you visit us.

We believe it is important to provide both the highest quality dental care and to make this care affordable to our patients.

We offer the following payment options for your convenience:

• Payment in full at each visit with cash, check or credit card.
  We offer a courtesy adjustment for payment in full when you receive treatment.* At no charge, we will gladly process any insurance claim for reimbursement.
• We are pleased to offer Capital One Healthcare Finance to our patients. Capital One Healthcare Finance is a convenient, no initial payment, low monthly payment plan for dental treatments of $1,000 to $25,000. Offering Capital One Healthcare Finance allows us to make the smile you've always wanted affordable.
• Estimated co-payment at visit with cash, check or credit card with most insurance plans following benefit verification. Insurance deductibles and co-payments are the patient’s responsibility, and by both state law and dental codes of ethics, must be paid.
• We offer VIP Express check out, to save our guests time and money.

Please be aware that we cannot guarantee this estimate and that there may be a balance after the insurance payment. Whenever choosing this option, you may leave a credit card number on file for any balance that may be owed.
