When you arrive at Shandrick Dental Care, don’t look for that “sign in” sheet…we don’t have them…you’re a guest and we’ll come greet you. If you need to fill a health form update, or review a treatment proposal, you won’t be handed a clipboard and an old pen that’s been chewed on. As a valued VIP to our practice, you’ll be presented a beautiful soft leather portfolio and fine pen to view your documents, to demonstrate the value on your trust in us, and emphasize your importance to us.

Your time is valuable and respected here. We pride ourselves on our efforts to treat you dental needs in a timely manner. If you need to wait for a family member, the arrival of your transportation, or just arrive early, help yourself to our guest refreshment center. We provide fresh coffee, hot tea, an assortment of high fiber, low carb nutritious treats, as well as cold juices and bottled water.

You’ve been seated for that needed dental care. The Shandrick Dental Care VIP experience continues. For that pain-free, gentle procedure, we’ll start by offering your choice of 4 or 5 flavor numbing gels. Feeling a little chilly? How about a warm blanket or a heated lavender scented next pillow to relax those tense muscles.

You can then lay back and let your thoughts wander from the treatment at hand, by gazing up at the overhead LCD TV monitors in the treatment rooms. View the day’s news, catch up on daily stock action, or if you here for that dazzling Smile Rejuvenation, select one of our many DVD movies. Slip on the wireless stereo headsets and enjoy!

Still a little tense perhaps?...Muscles a little tight?...Well, perhaps the massage therapists can help, with a complimentary hand/wrist/arm massage during your dental treatment. They routinely visit the studio throughout the day from Robert Stevens Salon next door, just for you!!!

Your treatment is completed, your dental health is beautifully improved, and being our valued guest, you’re offered a delightfully warm, lemon-scented personal hand towel to touch-up and refresh.

Finally, as you prepare to leave the studio, our courteous treatment coordinator will arrange your next valued visit, with a complimentary dark chocolate mint, good for your heart and you health, to help bring out one more smile before we see you again!
